Conditions

• Rates are per apartment, per night and are subject to availability.
• All room rates are quoted in EUR and do include 25% VAT plus 3% tourist tax.
• Continental buffet breakfast rate is HUF 4100 per person.
• Check-in time: 2 pm and Check-out time: 11 am
• Extra person/rollaway charge HUF 6500 per night if required, subject to availability.
• Extra bed and breakfast for children (maximum 2) under the age of 12 are free of charge.
• The hotel accepts the following credit cards: Amex, Euro/Mastercard, Visa.

• Online booking rates applicable for bookings made online from this website.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings of 1-6 days may be cancelled up to 2 p.m. – local time - on the day prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be paid. In case of no show the hotel charges 1 night of accommodation as penalty.
• Bookings of 7-14 days may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation are to be paid. In case of no show the Hotel charges 2 nights of accommodation as penalty.
• Bookings of 15-29 days may be cancelled 4 days prior to arrival, otherwise 4 nights of accommodation are to be paid. In case of no show the Hotel charges 4 nights of accommodation as penalty.
• For bookings over 30 days special conditions may apply.

Payment Conditions

• All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card (Amex, Visa, Euro/MasterCard). If the card used to guarantee the reservation, the card and it's holder can be sighted and identified by the Hotel. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. According to the hotel policy upon booking the hotel might make a pre-authorization to the guest's credit card as a guarantee for emerged costs.
• Payment may be in HUF, EUR or USD as well as by a valid credit card (Amex, Visa, Euro/MasterCard). Guests are obliged to inform the Hotel about currency/type of credit card at time of booking. As invoicing rate the hotel uses the official daily exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank valid on the day of arrival. In case of payment in EUR or USD the invoice will be issued using the official daily exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank as the hotel uses it as invoicing rate. In case of long term stays (over 30 nights) the hotel adjusts the invoicing rate until 5th of each month where the official daily exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank applies.
